The SOAR folks recently found me sitting at Brunswick County Animal Control and knew they just had to get me into their shelter.  They could tell I’d had a rough life and they wanted to make it better.  Well, I’m off to a good start!  My name is Flash and I’m a wonderful Foxhound boy, less than 1-year-old.  I have a great temperament and I love people and other animals.  The SOAR folks think it’s very mannerly that I never chew on my blanket...all I want is to be loved!
