BONNIE
Bonnie

Please read what Bonnie's foster mom has to say about her.

Bonnie is so sweet.  She is a Jack Russell mix, about 1 year old.  Very loving and especially fond of older children.  Don't know how she is with small children since she hasn't been around any since I've had her here.  She is crate trained and stays in her crate all day while I'm at work and at night.  She is also house trained.  She does not get along with cats, though.  Hasn't really tried to hurt any of mine, but don't know what she might do if she had the opportunity, so she should go to a home without cats.  Seems to get along with dogs as long as they don't get right on top of her.  She does need work on a leash, since she pulls, but she just gets so excited!   She doesn't seem to be as hyper as my Jack Russell, but she has become more active now that she is getting fed regularly and has been spayed.  She loves to crawl up in laps and be loved.   She does tend to get car sick, but I think she would get over it if she ever went somewhere and realized she could have fun at the end of the drive.  She is always being taken for surgery, or shots, or somewhere that isn't home, so she gets very nervous whenever she gets in the crate in the car.

She is heartworm positive and will be getting her last two shots next month.
